Replicas of mortars are displayed in the casemates. The main attractions, though, are the three stands operated by user gestures. The first of them offers training in the use of a cannon and a mortar, which ends with a virtual cannon shot! The next stand is a memory game that humorously introduces you to the weapons used in the armies of the past. The last stand is a virtual fitting room, allowing you to try on the uniforms of the troops historically associated with Gradowa Hill. In which uniform would you look good? That of a city policeman from the time of the siege of Gdańsk by the Russian-Saxon army (1734), or maybe a grenadier of the King Frederick I 5th Regiment of Grenadiers (1910)? Now all you have to do is put on your headgear and equip yourself with a weapon. History buffs – let’s battle!
